 abstract={Ղարաբաղի հայերի ազատագրական պայքարի և Արցախի անկախության հռչակման իրավաբանական հիմքր նրանց ինքնորոշման իրավունքն է։ Ղարաբաղի հայերին այդ իրավունքից զրկելու ամեն մի փորձ սնանկ է և հակասում է միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերին։ Հոդվածում ըստ ամենայնի բացահայտվում են Ղարաբաղի հայերի ինքնորոշման համար մղած պայքարի իրավական և պատմական հիմքերր։ Դա, հեղինակի կարծիքով, այսօր թելադրվում է միջազգային հանրության կողմից նրանց այդ իրավունքի համընդհանուր ճանաչման անհրաժեշտությամբ։ Juridical basis of the declaration of independence of Artsakh and liberation movement of the Karabakh Armenians is their right of self-determination. Any attempt to deprive the Karabakh Armenians of that right is vain and is contradicting international law norms. In the article juridical and historical bases of the Karabakh Armenians' movement for their self-determination are to all appearance brought to light. In the author's opinion today it is dictated by the necessity of general acknowledgement of that right on the part of international society.},
