 abstract={В работе рассматриваются задачи устойчивости возмущённого движения пластинки, два противоположных края которой шарнирно опёрты, а два других свободных края нагружены «следящей» и/или «мертвой» силой. Найдены критические значения сил, при которых пластинка теряет устойчивость. In this paper the problem of stability of the perturbed motion of a plate is investigated. Two opposite edges of the plate are simply supported and the other two free edges loaded by "follower" and/or "dead" forces. The critical values of the loads in which the plate loses stability were found and analyzed. Աշխատանքում դիտարկվում է երկու հանդիպակաց կողմերն հոդակապորեն ամրացված, ազատ եզրերում «հետևող»(և «ոչ հետևող») ուժերով բեռնավորված ուղղանկյուն սալի կայունության խնդիրը: Գտնված և ուսումնասիրված են սալի անկայունության կրիտիկական ուժերի(դիվերգենցիա և ֆլատեր) արժեքները:},
