 abstract={Османская армия и другие вооруженные формирования принимали непосредственное участие в подавлении самообороны и уничтожении армян. Османское правительство выделяло армейские подразделения только тогда, когда сил жандармерии и других вооруженных формирований было недостаточно для подавления самообороны и уничтожения поселения.
